Blah.

Blah because I'm boring.

Blah because I really have nothing interesting to say.

Blah because I haven't updated in weeks and blah because that makes me feel guilty.

And, blah because my husband is in the living room playing his Playstation and getting way too involved in a game.

Just blah.

But, I do think blah is about to be non-blah (are you annoyed yet?).

Non-blah because David and I just got home from a whirlwind weekend in Denver. We decided to head out there this weekend to celebrate his nephew's birthday while David's parents were also out there visiting. Then, David got a message from his sister, Tracie's, boyfriend saying that he wanted David's and his sister's approval to ask for Tracie's hand in marriage.

So, with one short trip to Denver, we were able to celebrate Liam's birthday, Mother's Day and Tracie's engagement. Like I said, it was a whirlwind - but very exciting - weekend.

David and I were able to shoot several pictures while out there, and I'll hopefully have some time to upload those pictures later this week to post for all to see. As usual, the nieces and nephews were wild - leaving plenty of opportunity for crazy, funny pictures. Stay tuned.

Anyway, this coming week I'm headed to Kansas for work. All in all, it should be an interesting - and fun - trip. Three of us from the PR team will be together at one time - something that doesn't happen very often - which may prove to be hilarious. Or trouble. Watch out Kansas....

The week after we'll have more work related visitors out here in Nebraska and by that time - we'll have almost made it to Memorial Day. And, Memorial Day means HOME! All of our mares have foaled and I can't wait to get home to see my little babies and snap a few summer pictures of the farm.

Finally, looking WAY TOO FAR AHEAD (what can I say, I'm pretty excited), I'll be headed home again. This time, I'll be home for a full week, working from home and going to the State FFA Convention. I can't wait to spend a full week in Clinton and send some time catching up with friends. In fact, watch out Clinton...

Like I said, I'm well on my way towards becoming non-blah.
